1) Ownership & Intellectual Property

eSHEQ Comply (the “System”) including its design, source code, structure, text, graphics, workflows, and all related materials are protected by applicable copyright, trade secret, and intellectual property laws. All rights are reserved. No license or ownership is transferred by accessing or using the System.

2) Authorized Access Only

Access is strictly limited to authorized users. You may only use the System for lawful business purposes and in accordance with your organization’s permissions and policies.

• Do not attempt to access data, modules, or accounts you are not permitted to use.
• Do not share passwords or authentication credentials with any other person.
• Do not attempt to bypass, disable, or interfere with security controls.

3) Prohibited Activities

• Copying, extracting, reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the source code or logic by unauthorized means.
• Introducing malware, automation abuse, scanning tools, exploit attempts, or disruptive traffic.
• Attempting to steal, leak, or publish confidential data or system content.

4) Security & Monitoring

To protect the System and its users, security controls may include access logs, audit trails, and monitoring for suspicious activity. Unauthorized attempts may be blocked and may be investigated.

5) Confidentiality

All information inside the System may include confidential business records. You must keep all access and information confidential and only share information with authorized persons within your organization.

6) Data Protection

The System processes user and compliance-related data for operational purposes. Users should only upload information they are permitted to store and process. Your organization is responsible for the accuracy and lawful use of the data captured in the System.

7) No Warranty

The System is provided “as is” to authorized users. To the extent allowed by law, no warranties are provided, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8) Reporting Security Concerns

If you believe your account is compromised or you notice suspicious activity, notify your administrator immediately.
